Meditation integrates and promotes a mind-body connection that affords the practitioner a clear and focused energy during daily routines.

 For the last 40+ years our school has taught traditional Tae Kwon Do tailored to each student’s specific needs.  Our curriculum emphasizes goal setting and self improvement while  learning self control and self defense.
